Andrea & Ryan | Wedding | Tauranga
It's so special being a part of every wedding we photograph.. It's a day of celebration and joy, surrounded by a couples closest friends and family. And when that couple is part of your own family? Swoon!
Enter: Andrea and our new brother in-law Ryan!
Both Andrea and Ryan's mornings were spent preparing at family's homes just a moments walk from the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Mount Maunganui. So this was the perfect place for their First Look.. The Mount as the backdrop and the open sea as the outlook.
The lush forest next to their wedding venue, was a stunning spot for bridal party photographs.. There was a light drizzle coming through, but there was no way anything was going to dampen the fun of this day!
The ceremony was held under the trees at Old Forest School, a beautiful vintage wedding venue, nestled in the community of Pongakawa. Followed by champagne, wine and tasty treats from The Dutch Queen - a nice touch connecting with Andrea's Dutch heritage.
The old school barn was the rustic reception area, with the tables featuring hand made (and branded!) wooden cheese boards for each guest, made personally by Andrea and Ryan. With olive leaves and rosemary as decoration, each setting looked perfect.
The Monroe's band, lead by sister Nicola, continued the celebrations into the night with everyone hitting the dance floor and partying up a storm! This was a one awesome celebration from start to finish!
Oh, and Andrea and Ryan.. We can't wait for you guys to bring along some more cousins for Zach! ;)
